The Archetypal Dimension of Being

Working with individuals, groups and organizations, we explore how one’s inner most awareness interacts with the underlying field of being on archetypal, cosmological, as well as existential levels. This reveals profound insights and experiences of self liberation.

Traditions

Based in Los Angeles, our center offers both seminars and personal consultations.  We focus on the archetypal dimension of being, approaching this from multiple traditions. We draw on western phenomenological practices as found in Heidegger and existential philosophers, eastern practices such as the Dzogchen Experiential tradition and those found in Kashmir Shaivism, transitional space as articulated by Donald Winnicotte, as well as psychoanalytic understandings as found in archetypal existential psychoanalysis. Further, we focus on a variety of cosmological and mystic traditions such as both western and Vedic astrological systems, the Chilean magic philosophy of Alejandro Jodorowsky, the writings of the Sufi scholar Henri Corbin, and the art and practices of experimental masters in music and cinema such as David Lynch, John Coltrane and Harry Smith.

We lead experiential practices to discover  the organization's place in the wider archetypal field,  integrating its members and mission using experiential practices based in phenomenology and meditation. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

The symbol is the only means of saying something that cannot be apprehended in any other way; a symbol is never explained once and for all, but must be deciphered over and over again."
